I’m Margo Ruszkowska - an international facilitator, learning professional and cross-cultural specialist with a career shaped by working across countries, languages, cultures and professional environments.
My work sits at the intersection of Learning & Development, Facilitation and Cross-Cultural Communication.
I help people and organisations communicate more effectively across cultures, navigate international environments with greater confidence, and create learning experiences that are practical, relevant and genuinely human.
Over the years, my work has taken many forms — from education and entrepreneurship to international training, professional development, relocation support and cross-cultural facilitation. Rather than seeing these as separate chapters, I now recognise the thread connecting them all: helping people understand one another, adapt, learn and grow.
I’m particularly interested in what happens when people from different backgrounds come together — how culture influences communication, how emotional intelligence builds trust, and how thoughtful learning can help individuals and teams work more effectively across borders.


Technology and AI are increasingly part of that conversation too. I believe they can enhance the way we learn and work, but the human element must remain at the centre.
Today, I work with professionals, organisations and international teams through tailored learning programmes, workshops, facilitation and cross-cultural support. I also collaborate with a trusted international network of specialists when a project requires additional expertise.
My approach is thoughtful, practical and highly personalised. I don’t believe meaningful learning comes from applying the same programme to everyone. The people, culture and context come first.
Because when people understand each other better, they don’t just communicate better. They work, learn and grow better together.
