We achieve this by conducting detailed interviews and assessing the client's needs professionally and personally in individual sessions. If the organisation employs people from different cultural backgrounds, it's important to review their expatriate experiences, understand their current situation, and develop a customised adaptation plan.

Can you share examples of how your coaching has led to tangible improvements in cross-cultural communication and collaboration in other organisations?

Many of our clients, who are also engaged in Coaching and English lessons with us, have shared how energised and inspired they feel after our sessions. They mention that they leave our meetings with a renewed sense of motivation and a greater ability to take on new challenges. We're focused on providing a supportive and dynamic environment where individuals feel comfortable exploring cross-cultural topics, learning new strategies in digital communication, and gaining the confidence to apply them in their professional lives.

What specific methodologies and tools do you use to train employees on digital communication, cultural sensitivity, and awareness?

Engaging and creative workshops and coaching sessions that cover emotional awareness, personality assessments, coaching techniques, and inspiring real-world examples.

How do you handle resistance or skepticism from employees who may not see the value in cross-cultural or digital communication training?

We understand that change requires time and an open-minded environment. As a former expat, immigrant, and digital nomad, I (Margo) have learned the importance of cultural awareness and effective communication. Traveling to over 60 countries and making friends from diverse backgrounds has taught me how cross-cultural differences influence our interactions and decisions.

When faced with skepticism, we draw on our experiences and emotional intelligence to relate to people on a human level. Creating a safe, non-judgmental space where employees feel heard and understood and using interviewing skills to ask thoughtful questions can help uncover underlying concerns and misconceptions. This often opens the door for a constructive dialogue about the potential benefits of cross-cultural and digital communication training, showing how these skills can directly impact their personal growth, team dynamics, and overall effectiveness in a globalised workplace.

How do you measure the effectiveness of the cultural sensitivity coaching over time, and what ongoing support or follow-up do you offer?

We're measuring the effectiveness of our cultural sensitivity coaching mainly through positive client feedback. Many clients feel more confident and better prepared to handle cross-cultural challenges after our sessions.
We will implement follow-up surveys and informal check-ins to gather feedback on how my coaching affects communication and collaboration. I also encourage ongoing feedback throughout our coaching relationship to ensure clients are supported and I can adjust my approach as their needs change.
